Each Bid shall be in accordance with the Bid Set, January 2021, Contract Documents now on file with the Director of Public Works Department. The Project consists of constructing a turn-key, fully furnished, Packaged Membrane Bioreactor Treatment Facility, packaged Sludge Dewatering System, Coarse Screening System, UV disinfection, sewage pumping systems, yard improvements, chemical feed system and storage improvements, electrical and communications upgrades, stand-by generator, and a packaged tertiary treated wastewater distribution system for the City Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Plant at 1 Chaix/Thomann Lane, St. Helena, CA 94574.
