The work generally consists of, and should be priced separately as follows: Storm Drain Improvements: approximately 45’ of 36” storm pipe, 894’ of 48” storm pipe and 3,867’ of 60” storm pipe running under Mills Lane. Mills Lane Improvements: Mills Lane re-alignment, highway 29 intersection work and railroad crossing. La Fata Sidewalk Improvements: Sidewalk improvements at the west side of La Fata. Recycled Water Improvements: Convey recycled water line in the public right of way in Mills Lane extending from Highway 29 easterly to the eastern end of Mills Lane and connect to existing line.
